Meet the Team
Richard Willis, Managing Director
Richard is responsible for the day-to-day running of 925Dream™, as well as creating plans for the future.
Richard’s background is in advertising, having worked for the UK’s biggest media buying agencies, planning the multi million pound advertising spend of blue chip clients including BMW, Mini, Paul Smith and Mercedes.
In addition, Richard is also a successful entrepreneur and career changer in his own right. His first independent business venture was awarded the titles Young Business of the Year 2007, Best New Company 2008, and Best Sandwich Bar in Britain 2009, proof of his skills in driving a company forward and achieving business success.
Annie Webb, Coach and Founder
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development with an MA in Employment Law, Annie has held Director level roles in Human Resources, Training and Development. Her background has included accountancy, law, publishing, retail, FMCG, international development, design and media.
In 2003 Annie traded in her corporate career, and set up her own independent consultancy, whilst continuing her interest in management and career coaching. Then in 2007 she decided it was time to put into practice the advice she’d been giving her clients, and the idea for 925Dream™ was born.
Annie now devotes her time to providing business and executive coaching as well as career coaching 925Dream™ members, cultivating a lively and supportive online community, and to growing the burgeoning network of 925Dream™ mentors around the country. Annie is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Jill Willis, Communications Director
Jill is responsible for creating content for the site, including the real life inspirational stories within the Community section, as well as ongoing marketing and public relations.
Jill comes from a 10-year career in public relations and communications, having managed campaigns across trade and national media, for clients including Hewlett Packard, Logica CMG, BT, Mitel Networks, and most recently for Intellect, the trade association for the UK hi-tech industry.
Like Richard, Jill is also a career changer, as the pair run their catering business together. Jill now also regularly writes for trade title Sandwich and Snack News, and is the author of ˜Start and Run a Sandwich and Coffee Shop™”, published under her maiden name of Jill Sutherland.
