Terms & Conditions
Your continued use of the 925Dream™ Service constitutes your acceptance of the 925Dream™ Terms and Conditions.
When you apply to register for membership or submit an order for any part of the 925Dream™ Service, your application or order constitutes an offer to us to purchase the 925Dream™ Service on these Terms. The contract for your order is formed when we send you an email confirming your order. We may in our sole and absolute discretion refuse your application for membership or your order for any reason without any liability to you.
Introduction
This Agreement is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations, and those of 925Dream™, a company registered in England under registration no. 6774307 (”925Dream™”, “we” or “us”), in relation to the 925Dream™ website (the “Site”) and the services offered by 925Dream™ through it (the “925Dream™ Service”. 925Dream™ reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time, and post the new version of this Agreement on the 925Dream™ Service (‘New Agreement’). When we do so, we will notify you of the fact that there are changed terms on the main screen of the Site at and post a link to the New Agreement there. This Agreement, and any new version of it in the future, takes effect immediately. Your continued use of the 925Dream™ Service after 925Dream™ posts any New Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the terms of the New Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of the New Agreement, do not continue to use or access the 925Dream™ Service.
Privacy & Security
This Agreement incorporates by reference the 925Dream™ and the 925Dream™ Privacy & Security Policy. You must take the time to read and understand this Agreement before registering for the 925Dream™ Service. By registering, you accept that you are entering into a contract with us on the terms of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms and registering as a member of the 925Dream™ Service, you give your consent for your personal data to be stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any posting, including but not limited to career development details and/or forum, chat room or message board postings you submit to the 925Dream™ Service (including any personal information you post) may be able to be viewed by non-Member internet users around the world including via internet search engines. We advise that you never reveal via the 925Dream™ Service any personal information about yourself or anyone else (for example: telephone numbers, home addresses or email addresses) which you do not want to be visible to third parties. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your details when using the 925Dream™Service. We may send you emails relating to your use of the 925Dream™Service from time to time for further details see our Privacy Policy. If you are a visitor to the Site and do not register, you similarly affirm that you are bound by this Agreement each time you access the Site. Please note that you are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site and 925Dream™ Service through your internet connection are aware of, and abide by, the terms of this Agreement.
Registration
Your registration for and membership of the 925Dream™ Service is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer or grant your registration or membership in part or in whole to any other person or organization. In order to use the 925Dream™ Service you must register your details with us. By registering with us you agree to provide complete, accurate and current personal data about yourself including your correct name and email address, (which must be under your control), and any other requested details. You may access and amend your personal data details at any time by logging onto the 925Dream™ Service and navigating to the “My Profile” page. If you change your email address or any of your personal details, then you must inform us of the new email address or of changes to your personal details through the “My Profile” page. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and that you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your user name and password. We will not be liable where your password is used by someone else. You should notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password and any breach of security as soon as you become aware of it. For security or other reasons, we may require you to change your password or other information which facilitates access to the 925Dream™ Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal data is up to date. We will rely on the information you provide to us. When registering, you understand and agree that you will not: (i) select or use a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use the rights of any person other than yourself without authorisation; or (iii) use a name that we, in our sole discretion, deem offensive. You will be required to pay to use some aspects of the 925Dream™ Service. When making a payment to us by providing details of your credit or debit card, you must ensure that you are fully entitled to use that card and that there are sufficient available funds in your account to cover the charges which will be deducted from it for the 925Dream™ Service.
Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel your Membership of the 925Dream™ Service and obtain a full refund of any sums paid at any time during the 7 (seven) working days following the date on which you receive an email from us confirming your order, PROVIDED THAT: (a) where you are a Member, you have not accessed your personality tests, career skills audit, commit to action and work related values questionnaires ; (b) where you are a Member, you have not sent any messages via the 925Dream™ Service; You agree and accept that once you have accepted these Terms by submitting an order for Membership, if you have accessed your personality tests, career skills audit, commit to action and work related values questionnaires and sent any email messages through your Messaging System you will lose the right to change your mind and cancel your order under Distance Selling legislation. If you have accessed your personality tests, career skills audit, commit to action and work related values questionnaires and sent a message via 925Dream™ Service; but cancel: 1. Before your first booked coaching session; 50% will be deducted from the refund. 2. Before your second booked coaching session; 25% will be deducted from the refund. 3. Before your third booked coaching session; 10% will be deducted from the refund. You may cancel your Membership of the 925Dream™ Service at the end of your membership period by choosing not to renew your membership. You may cancel your Free Membership of the 925Dream™ Service at any time via the “Help Page”, or by emailing us at the email address below.
Membership service and fees
There are two categories of membership available for the 925Dream™ Service: (A) Free Membership;or (B) Standard Membership. All prices and offers for membership remain valid as advertised from time to time on the 925Dream™ Service. (A) Free Members (i) Core Service Use and Benefits for Free Members. Free Members may: (a) use the free facilities available on the 925Dream™ Service. (b) Post information to any forums, or message boards on the 925Dream™ Service. (c) opt to receive our newsletter or personalised notification emails relating to individuals listed in the 925Dream™ Service. For full details about our email communications with you please see our Privacy Policy. Standard Members may (in addition to the services available to Free Members): (a) Access personality tests, career skills audit, commit to action and work related values questionnaires; (b) Send email messages to coaches and other members; (c) Receive three one hour telephone coaching sessions over a 90 day period; (d) Access their home page to input information; We may remove all or any part of the non-Core Services (such as forums or message boards) from the 925Dream™Service, either on a temporary or permanent basis, without liability to make a refund to you. Standard Membership Fees You may upgrade to become a Standard Member at any time. You must pay the Standard Membership fee to become a Standard Member. The price of the Standard Membership fee will be as specified on the payment page on the 925Dream™ Service (and may differ depending on which country you reside in). Standard Membership is valid for the period of time specified on the payment page on the 925Dream™ Service after which you must pay again to continue your Standard Membership. 925Dream™ reserves the right to change the amount of the Standard Membership fee and the period which it covers from time to time. Any such changes shall not affect your existing Standard Membership, and shall only take effect at the renewal of such Standard Membership. You acknowledge and agree that we are entitled to alter the amount or the basis of the calculation of our fees from time to time, provided that such amount or basis is clearly stated at the time when you agree to take the relevant 925Dream™ Service or prior to any fees being taken. Please note that a Standard Membership may lapse due to our inability to take payment using your selected payment method, for example where your credit card details have changed. In such an event, it is your responsibility to renew your Standard Membership by paying the Standard Membership Fees by alternative means. We may remove any of the Core or non-Core Services at any time. You will not be entitled to any refund of the Standard Membership fees except where we withdraw: (a) a Core Service for Standard Members; or (b) the whole of the 925Dream™ Service itself. In such circumstances you may, in our sole discretion, be entitled to a refund of your Standard Membership fee for the remainder of the period to which that fee relates. We may remove all or any part of the non-Core Services (such as forums, chat rooms or message boards) from the 925Dream™Service, either on a temporary or permanent basis, without liability to make a refund to you.
Telephone coaching
We offer to provide one-to-one telephone coaching services (“Coaching Services”) to you on the terms that follow. If you place an order for Membership with us, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, a legally binding contract will be formed between you and 925Dream™ (‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘925Dream™’). The terms of that contract are as set out here, together with any representation that we have made about the Coaching Services on our website. All other terms and conditions contained in any other document, and all other representations, are excluded unless their inclusion is expressly agreed in writing. Appointments for each coaching session will be arranged by yourself by using the messaging system directly with your coach. 24 hours notice is needed to rearrange an agreed appointment. If contact is not made with the Coach at the pre-booked appointed date and time, 925Dream™ reserves the right to consider the session lost and non-replaceable. Members are entitled to receive three one hour sessions over a 90 day period. 925Dream™recommends that Members ensure they book and receive the first hour within the first 30 days, the second hour within 60 days and the third hour within 90 days. If the allocated three hours have not been used within 90 days, there is no further entitlement to an extension beyond 90 days. The onus is on Members to ensure coaching sessions are booked and received within this timeframe.
Length and duration of the coaching sessions
The average duration of a 925Dream™ coaching session is one hour. After 50 minutes have elapsed, the coach will inform the Member. The Member can choose to either continue the session for additional charge or end the session.
Additional costs
When coaching is delivered by phone, the Member will phone the coach at the pre-arranged time. In case of face-to-face coaching sessions: for travel arrangements, fares, etc. the Member is solely responsible
Coach information
925Dream™coach referral service will: Allocate coaches and provide clear information about each coach including their qualifications and experience. Seek feedback from Members about the suitability and performance of the coach and the overall value of the coaching process. The coach will: * Provide one to one telephone support for the facilitation of professional development of the individual Member against an agreed set of objectives. * Maintain strictest confidentiality, unless there are exceptional reasons (such as risk to health, personal safety or infringement of the law). * Respect the Member’s right to terminate coaching at any point during the coaching process. * Maintain appropriate records of their work. Ensure that reasonable precautions are taken to protect the Member’s rights (e.g. data protection, third party disclosure). * Refer the Member to appropriate professionals for further guidance and support, where identified needs exceed the boundaries of the coach’s skills, knowledge, qualifications and capabilities. * Behave in accordance with a recognised professional body’s Code of Conduct and Ethics (for example, BACP, APECS, ICF, BPS, EMCC, AC, CIPD).
Additional Services
925Dream™ may offer new or ancillary services through the 925Dream™ Service from time to time. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, or rules of use, which you must comply with. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate these Terms and our provision of the 925Dream™Service to you, without any liability to you and without refunding any sums paid by you if you fail to comply with a material provision of the terms or rules governing such additional services. Any new or ancillary services offered to you from time to time may require the payment of fees by you either to us or to a nominated third party on terms which will be provided to you at the time you submit your order for such new or ancillary services.
Restrictions on your use of the 925Dream™ Service
The contents of the 925Dream™ Service, webpages, computer codes of elements comprising the925Dream™ Service and any software provided to you by us may not be copied, reproduced, communicated and/or made available to the public, republished, downloaded, posted, recorded, broadcast or transmitted or used in any other way except for your own personal, private and non-commercial use, or unless otherwise expressly permitted by us. You agree that you will not use the 925Dream™ Service in any way that may lead to the encouragement, procurement or carrying out of any criminal or unlawful activity, or cause distress, harm or inconvenience to any other person. You will not do anything that may cause damage to the 925Dream™ Service or our servers, systems or equipment or those of third parties, nor access or attempt to access any users’ data or to penetrate or attempt to penetrate the 925Dream™ Service security measures. You shall not publicise, post or advertise your contact details (including your email or postal address, phone number, website address or any other contact details) to any other member of the 925Dream™ Service except by making contact with them through the 925Dream™ Service message centre. You agree to compensate us in respect of any damages suffered by us or any of our losses resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your use of the 925Dream™Service in breach of these Terms or from your violation of any applicable law or regulation. You agree not to give any indication that you have any commercial relationship with us, or that you are our agent or that we have endorsed any submission you may make. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to any part of, or all of the 925Dream™ Service at any time at our sole discretion. We may also ban or suspend you as a user of the 925Dream™Service if you do not comply with these Terms. Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated may not re-register for, or re-access, the 925Dream™ Service without our prior consent.
Further information about 925Dream™
We make no promises and offer no guarantees as to the truth or accuracy of any material available on the 925Dream™ Service whether it is provided by members or any other party. This 925Dream™ Service may from time to time contain links to other third party websites and services through advertising or otherwise. These links are provided for your ease of reference and convenience only. We have no control over those third party websites or services and are not responsible for their contents. We do not endorse the material contained in their websites or services, and have no association with their operators. You agree that we won’t be party to any transaction or contract with a third party that you may enter into and we won’t be liable to you for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using those third party websites and services. You agree that you will not involve us in any dispute you may have with such third party websites and services. From time to time we enter into platform services agreements with third parties. These agreements allow third parties (such as Adobe) to install third party software and to incorporate content, material or applications on the 925Dream™ Service for use by Members (”Platform Applications”). You may choose whether or not to use Platform Applications. Prior to using a Platform Application, the third party provider may require you to agree to their own terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by such terms and conditions, do not agree to them and cease your installation or use of the relevant Platform Application. We accept no responsibility for Platform Applications or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. You acknowledge that you install Platform Applications at your own risk. 925Dream™ shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or harm suffered by you or be a party to any dispute between you and any third party arising out of your use of a third party site or Platform Application or arising out of or in connection with the material included on the 925Dream™ Service by Members and other third parties. You must exercise the same degree of caution in appraising what you see on the 925Dream™Service as you do offline. Even though members are prohibited from doing so, people may provide information, or otherwise behave, in a way that is unreliable, misleading or even illegal. You should also note that people may not necessarily be who they say they are. Your use of the 925Dream™ Service is entirely at your own risk. Expert Advice We aim to support and encourage members to find their dream jobs, but we shall not be held liable for the failure of a Member to obtain any position, occupation, promotion or any other career objective. We regularly feature articles and advice from experts and professionals and links to useful organisations. Even though we feature the opinions of experts and professionals on the site, the advice they give is purely their opinion, and we cannot be held responsible if you follow their advice and this has a negative outcome. We make no representations or warranties concerning any action, by any person following the information offered or provided within or through the 925Dream™. Neither we nor our partners, or any affiliates, will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death. The information in this website is given in good faith and is subject to change without notice. 925Dream™ is not responsible for any inaccuracies and makes no representation and gives no warranty as to the accuracy of any of the information or the validity of any of the links.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights (including copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights) in the Websites and all material or content made available by 925Dream™ via the 925Dream™Service (excluding any Submissions by members (in respect of which see below) shall remain at all times the property of 925Dream™ or 925Dream™’s licensors. The names, images and logos identifying us, our partners or third parties and our/their products and services contained in the 925Dream™ Service are proprietary marks and may not be reproduced or otherwise used without express permission. Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as conferring by implication any licence or right to use any trade mark, patent, design right or copyright of 925Dream™or of any third party.
Your submissions and postings
As part of the 925Dream™ Service we may offer you the facility to submit a contribution or upload any content to the 925Dream™Service , such as any text (including, for instance, in forums, on message boards or information in your home page), (”Submission”). We shall not be responsible for the content of any Submissions contributed by members or the behaviour of members or users of the 925Dream™ Service. Please note that where you make any of your details, information or Submissions available to other members, they may be able to copy and reproduce such details, information or Submissions against your wishes. 925Dream™ shall not be liable to you in the event that a member copies or reproduces your details, information or Submissions. You are solely responsible for replacing any content or Submissions you post or store on the 925Dream™ Service or provide to us. You agree that any Submission you make to the 925Dream™ Service, is subject to the following additional terms: You retain all ownership rights in any Submission you may make: You promise that you are the original owner of any Submission you make or you have the necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions to authorise us to use your Submission. You agree to give us evidence of all such licences, rights, consents, and permissions if so requested by us. You have the option to acknowledge and agree that the contents of any Submission material may be non-confidential. By making a non-confidential Submission to the 925Dream™ Service, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferable licence (with the right to sub-license) to use, edit, reproduce, record, modify, translate, distribute, play, perform, make available to the other users of the 925Dream™ Services, prepare derivative works of and to display your Submission by any medium or method whether now known or later developed to be exercised in our sole discretion throughout the world for the full term of copyright and other rights and all renewable and extension thereof including, for the avoidance of doubt, the right to register any design rights and/or trademarks. You agree to waive your moral rights in your Submission. You acknowledge and agree that where you make a Submission to a public section of the 925Dream™ Service, your Submission shall be available for viewing by other 925Dream™ members and may be accessible to other internet users around the world. You are responsible for the contents of any Submission you may make and the consequences arising from its use on the 925Dream™ Service. You will not intimidate or harass another or upload to the 925Dream™ Service any material or content which is in any way defamatory, obscene, unlawful, harmful, offensive or inappropriate or infringes the rights of a third party or may have the effect of being harassing, threatening, abusive or hateful or that otherwise degrades or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability. You agree not to infringe any laws in order to produce or make a Submission. You agree not to transfer files which contain viruses or other harmful programs. Further, you must not endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks in order to produce or make a Submission. You also agree not to advertise or promote third parties’ or your own goods or services including by way of the distribution of “spam” email, unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation. Upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; In particular, you agree not to use the 925Dream™ Service to provide links to third party websites. We do not guarantee or endorse any content posted on the 925Dream™ Service by members. We may accept your Submission, modify your Submission, or refuse to display your Submission at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. We may also withdraw your Submission and/or suspend, restrict and/or terminate the 925Dream™ Service provided under these Terms immediately without notice to you for any reason, including, without limitation, where we suspect your Submission to be in any way defamatory, obscene, unlawful, harmful, offensive, inappropriate or to infringe the rights of a third party.
Reporting abuse
If you see anything on the 925Dream™ Service which appears to breach these Terms, please contact us to inform us of such breach by emailing us at the address specified below, as we do not monitor every Submission contributed by members before it is placed on the 925Dream™ Service.
Our Liability to You
The 925Dream™ Service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We do not guarantee which aspect of the 925Dream™ Service will be available. We cannot promise that the 925Dream™ Service will be accurate, free from errors or omissions nor that it will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. The 925Dream™ Service may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond our control. We will not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the 925Dream™ Service is discontinued, modified or changed in any way. The views expressed in any content or material which is uploaded by you or other users of the 925Dream™ Service do not reflect 925Dream™’s views. We make no promises and offer no guarantees as to the accuracy of any Submissions. We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by use or our employees or agents. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict your statutory rights as a consumer (including your rights to receive a reasonable standard of service, more details about which can be obtained from your local Trading Standards Office or Citizen’s Advice Bureau); We do not accept any liability for: * any damage or loss caused to you where you are not entering into these Terms as a consumer; * any damage to your computer, any software or for any loss of data that results from your use of the 925Dream™ Service; * any failure, any suspension and/or any termination of access to the 925Dream™ Service or any content or any failure by us to perform any of our obligations under these Terms in connection with or arising out of an event beyond our control. In these Terms, an “event beyond our control” shall include, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, nuclear accident or acts of God, war or terrorist activity, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or government order, rule regulation or direction, accident or breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers, and where they are beyond our reasonable control, any other acts, events, omissions or accidents; and/or * any claims brought against you by a third party except as stated in these Terms. These Terms shall not make us responsible for any damage or loss (including loss of profits, revenue or business) caused to you where such damage or loss is not reasonably foreseeable to you and us when you use the 925Dream™ Service, including where the damage or loss results from our breach of these Terms. Our liability to you for any loss or damage in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the greater of: (a) the Standard Membership fee where you are a fully paid Standard Member; or (b) the sums paid by you to us under these Terms during the 12 months prior to the date when liability arises.
Assignment
We may wish to transfer our rights or obligations or sub-contract our obligations under these Terms to another other legal entity. You agree that we may do so provided that: (i) this will not affect the standard of Service you receive under this Agreement; and (ii) in the case of transfer only, after we notify you of the date on which we will transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another legal entity, your only rights under or in connection with these Terms will be against the new legal entity and not against us. These Terms are personal to you. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else.
Third Party Rights
These Terms are not intended to give rights to anyone except you and us. This does not affect our right to transfer these Terms under the Assignment clause above.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms which shall remain in full force and effect.
Keeping this Agreement
We don’t separately file a copy of the Terms entered into by you and us when you register for the 925Dream™ Service. We recommend that you make a durable copy of these Terms by printing and/or saving a downloaded copy on your own computer. You can always access a copy of our latest Terms on the Websites.
Apprentice Experience Descriptions
The experience activities detailed on the website are a broad indication of what your Mentor can offer. Your Experience may differ in that activities will be tailored for you depending on your aims and objectives. The information provided by 925Dream™ on each experience is correct at the time of print. However, the content or format of experiences may change slightly during the year. Details of each experience are available on our website. 925Dream™ reserves the right to alter specifications and prices without notice provided you are informed before purchase. The images used to illustrate experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, are used as an indication only. The itinerary and content at each venue may vary. You are advised not to make travel, hotel or other arrangements until your booking has been confirmed in writing.
Supply of Apprentice Experience or Gift
We plan arrangements for your Experience in advance. Very occasionally changes may be made and we reserve the right to do so. Similarly, we reserve the right to withdraw supply of an Experience due to unavailability. If your chosen experience is withdrawn, you will be offered an alternative experience wherever possible, but please note this is likely to be at a different location or with a different Mentor. Each venue has its own itinerary/agenda and your participation is conditional on your acceptance of these.
Payment of Apprentice Experiences
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder must be paid two weeks before the experience date. We are unable to reserve payment or make provisional bookings unless credit terms have been agreed. We reserve the right to cancel any order where full payment has not been received within credit terms or where payment has defaulted. Any vouchers issued in these circumstances become void without further notice and we will withhold all reasonable costs incurred.
Apprentice Experience Lengths
Session lengths are approximate, vary from Mentor to Mentor and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. All itineraries are as a guide only and the running order of an Experience may change.
Apprentice Experience Voucher Conditions
925Dream™ All experiences gift packs contain a voucher and a description of the event which must be taken along on the day. Failure to do so may result in the holder not being able to participate on the day. They are redeemable before the expiry date subject to availability. In the event of an Apprentice not attending on a date booked there can be no refund. 925Dream™ gift vouchers are valid for six months but can be extended by six months prior to the expiry date. If the cost of the experience were to increase during the period of extension the increase would be born by the voucher holder. 925Dream™ recommends that all voucher holders should try to redeem them at least 3 months prior to expiry. We are happy to make refunds on unbooked vouchers within 14 days of purchase. Where dates have already been booked, refunds within 14 days are subject to our Cancellation policy (see below). Provided we have been notified in advance and the goods have been returned intact to the address we specify in their original, unused condition. Mutilated, damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged. No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers. Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the experience, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. Voucher Delivery When postal delivery is selected, your personalised gift pack will be sent in plain packaging. There is no charge for delivery in the UK. Packs are normally sent by first class post on the same day when the order is placed before 2.00pm that day. Please allow two to three working days for delivery. The gift pack can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. If your pack goes astray in the post we will provide a duplicate free of charge.
Special Delivery
Orders received by 12pm on a working day Monday to Friday can be dispatched the same day. For these next working day deliveries to UK mainland addresses, our non-refundable Special delivery charges are as follows: By 1.00 pm next day £7.50 Orders placed on a Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday.
Apprentice Experience Liability
925Dream™ shall not be responsible for the safety standards of the experience, or any loss or damage suffered by you whilst participating in the experience. By purchasing or redeeming a 925Dream™ experience, you acknowledge that the experiences are dependent on certain factors beyond the control of 925Dream™and agree that neither 925Dream™ nor any associated Mentor shall be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any experience for reasons beyond its reasonable control including weather related reasons, mechanical failure, location changes or otherwise. The total liability of 925Dream™ for any claim whatsoever in connection with the 925Dream™ experience voucher or any experience shall be limited to the price paid for the experience.
Complaints regarding an Apprentice Experience
We welcome any feedback as it helps to maintain our service at the highest level. If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the Mentor as soon as possible on the day, so that they have a chance to put matters right. If your problem is not resolved on the day, please contact us in writing, including your venue details, and we will be happy to take the matter up with the Mentor. In order for us to do this your complaint must have been registered by the Mentor on the day.
Apprentice Experience Cancellation
925Dream˙ will endeavour to reschedule experiences, but there is no guarantee that a new booking date will be convenient to the Mentor, who may not have the capacity to reschedule. Written notification of cancellation or rescheduling is required in all cases. Should you need to re-schedule or cancel a booking you have already made, we require cancellations to be confirmed 14 days before the experience date. Except as specified herein payment is non-refundable. In the event of an Apprentice not attending on a date booked there can be no refund. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Sometimes we have to cancel an experience for reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or time. We regret that, in these circumstances, 925Dream˙ is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience. 925Dream˙ encourage all customers to acquire travel insurance to cover any unforeseen expenses due to cancellation or rescheduling.

Governing law
These Terms are available in English only. We will do our best to resolve any disputes over these Terms. If you wish to take court proceedings against us you must do so within the United Kingdom. Relevant United Kingdom law will apply. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.
